Services Provided

Only Live Transfers provides live call transfer services for insurance-related campaigns, including Final Expense, Medicare, and other insurance products. Calls are transferred in real time to the client’s phone number, DID, or CRM after basic qualification.

Only Live Transfers is a marketing and lead generation service provider and does not sell, underwrite, or provide insurance products.

We do not guarantee sales, policy approvals, conversion rates, or revenue outcomes.

Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for:

• Maintaining all required state and federal insurance licenses
• Ensuring agents are properly trained and authorized to sell insurance
• Complying with TCPA, FTC, CMS (if applicable), and state insurance laws
• Handling all transferred calls in a lawful, ethical, and compliant manner
• Being available to receive live calls during scheduled campaign hours

Only Live Transfers is not responsible for agent conduct, sales practices, or policy representations made during calls.

Payments & Billing

• Invoices are issued via PayPal or other approved payment methods
• Services begin only after payment is received and confirmed
• All payments are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing

Failure to process payment may delay or suspend campaign delivery.

No Performance Guarantees

Only Live Transfers does not guarantee:

• Specific call volume or call duration
• Sales results, approvals, or conversion rates
• Customer purchasing decisions

Campaign performance depends on market conditions, agent availability, licensing, compliance, and sales skill.

Insurance & Compliance Disclaimer

Clients acknowledge that:

• Only Live Transfers does not provide legal or compliance advice
• Compliance responsibility rests solely with the client
• All insurance conversations, disclosures, and sales must comply with applicable laws

Only Live Transfers shall not be held liable for regulatory violations, misrepresentation, or misuse of transferred calls.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue any service, campaign, or delivery method at any time to maintain quality, compliance, or operational standards.

Limitation of Liability

Only Live Transfers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including lost revenue or business opportunities.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by applicable laws based on our operational jurisdiction.
